Minimum compensation for full-time pastoral leadership for 2006 is :
$28,000 salary and housing, full pension and medical (31%), auto allowance commensurate with reasonable travel necessities and paid on a reimbursable basis, 2 weeks continuing education with not less than $500 allowance, and one month vacation (including but not to exceed four Sundays).
Note that Medical portion of dues must be paid on a minimum of $29,.575 (65% of Churchwide Median)
