Presbytery meets the last Fri-Sat in the months of January, April and September.

Presbytery Council meets 3 Saturdays prior to meetings of Presbytery.

Finished material for Presbytery packets and for Newsletter is due the Wed. after Council.

Sierra Blanca "Festival" -  a day of worship, workshops and training -  varies

The Clergy and Spouse Retreat, an annual event, is differently scheduled each year.
