The Faith Development Division oversees the Presbytery's work in areas of Christian Education, spiritual development, nurture, and assisting congregations in nurturing/teaching the Reformed faith in the young and in new believers.
Faith Development areas of responsiblity include (but are not limited to) Christian Ed, teacher training, the Fall Festival, Youth, camps and conferences, spiritual direction, etc.
The Presbytery's manual states: "The Presbytery has as its primary task the development and support of faithful congregations. In these times that implies the education and training of both youth and adults in Reformed faith that is historically informed and Biblically grounded and relevant to the current opportunity. It implies the raising of children in healthy commuinities of faith where they learn from the cradle the ways of Jesus and the ways of the people of God."
